I’ve ordered from here twice now. Neither time was my order even close to being right. I got a mocha cookie crumble and ended up with just coffee basically. No whipped cream. No cookies. Nothing.

I drove all the way here to get a drink from off the freeway. It was roughly 7:33 pm to be told they closed at 7:00 pm. I asked her why the hours said they closed at 8:00 and she had nothing but excuses. I was upset and just walked away obviously. Please update your hours. I'm not even from here, I live in Ohio.

Ordered a trenta sweetened passiontea lemonade and a venti Frappuccino... got a tall Frappuccino and an unsweetened passiontea lemonade... two older ladies working were cussing about previous customers the whole time

I always have an amazing experience at any Starbucks that I go to they make my very complicated coffee perfect to The taste and it's always very delicious

I am a regular at Starbucks throughout the country, however this location is under-staffed, so even a line of just 3 or 4 people means you will be waiting a long time for your drink. 3-stars = "It's okay" which is about accurate for this location.

They don’t wear gloves. They put cups face down onto dirty counter. Witnessed older woman who can’t comprehend an order without an attitude wipe her nose then touch the cup. Cashier also had attitude. The order ended up being wrong anyway. Will be contacting corporate for a refund and possibly the health department.

Awesome marketing that makes people think burnt coffee is posh. No wonder you have to add creams and sugars and flavorings to make it tolerable. Friends don't let friends buy coffee at Starbucks.

I just walked by. I don't drink coffee or Alder horrible 10000 calorie drinks. If I was a coffee drinker I would love Starbucks
