Con: Ordered a Cold Cut Combo (assuming there's be more than 1 type of meat. Only got a chintzy bit of turkey bologna. Didn't look anything like the picture and the employee explained "that's the way we make them." Great attitude. NOT!

Their always respectful and nice. Have a lot of patience even when I went with family that speak not good English they were still on it. 5star for sure

It is not 24/7 it is my 4th time, when I'm hungry stopped here at about 10 or 11 pm and it is closed, and once employee was making sandwich for himself and said he is not going to make sandwiches for customers (his shift is done and other employees not showing up), and he doesn't care about hungry customers and his employer (subway)

Had to wait while employee cleaned something. Truck drivers have places to go. You can stop cleaning for the 5 minutes that it takes to make a sandwich.

I was stuck here for around a day, I was bummed and just having a really bad day. Megan and Brian were working at the time and could not have been nicer, Megan offered to buy me food with her own money and just the simple gesture of kindness really made my day. Just wanted to say thank you to the subway team for just being really great people. Thanks guys

I really like this Subway. Seem like everything is always fresh there because they are open all the time being in the Pilot truck stop.
