Dunkin'

Absolutely awful! I go to this Dunkin’s all the time and never have a problem until two new people were hired. They gave me no straw with my drink and my bacon avocado toast wasn’t toasted on a end piece with no bacon and no avocado toast on it, the second time I went again the same new guy gave me my toast with barely any avocado on it, not toasted and RAW bacon. The hash browns were cold and not toasted at all, same with the bagel bites. I had to throw out the whole order because it wasn’t even edible. The guy that was making the food was in a white t- shirt and the guy training him wasn’t paying attention at all. Both times I was the only one there, I have never wrote a review before but my experience has been so awful and can be fixed so easily.

Pleasant staff that has your order made quickly. The menu options are always changing with the month or seasons. This is a good place to relax, enjoy a coffee, & offers free WiFi so you can browse online with your cell/laptop. You can also order to go for a quick coffee, sandwiches, bagels, or donuts in a rush.

We ordered some hash browns and 2 cinnamon rasin bagles and waited 5 minutes just to be told they only had plain bagles and then when we left the hash browns were ice cold. We were going to go back around but there were already multiple people in line and it was moving so slow it wasn't even worth trying to go around for 30 minutes to get new hash browns. Also no way to enter the store either.

Went here around 5 am to start my day and the person working the window did not understand what a pumpkin spice cold brew was. At first I thought it was the drive through speaker malfunctioning but when I drove up she still did not understand my order, I then proceeded to find another dunkin donuts. Which I came to realize that none of the dunkins in Webster at 5 am are good. Went to 4 different ones to get a coffee and when I did it sucked.

Very rude told me I couldn’t order hash browns with my order because that was to much and he wouldn’t do it so I couldn’t order anything else that had to be folded ordered two breakfast sandwiches and tried to order hash browns now I have to go to a different place to get food for my children outrageous then threw my two sandwich’s in a bag with no cover so everything fell out in bag
