Susan and the morning team have been great this year. As a fast paced 16 hour a day gig worker there is nothing worse than having the restaurant slow you down and lose you money. This location is great exclusively when Susan is on. I am there over 50 times a week for 4 plus years and it’s often a long wait for very little food. And that affects my hourly rate. But it never fails that Susan herself or another crew member is working on the order. If she is not there I usually have to tell them I am here for the online order and then they start it. If the food isn’t waiting for me the crew is working it and most importantly communicates that they are working on it. So I know it’s coming and I can let the customer know my status. This is how all restaurants should run. The girls at Ma’s diner could learn a thing or 12 from this woman. Great job Susan and crew! People truly care how their food is served and this Woman inspires quality work resulting in fast service with a great tasting product. 👍🙏🏼

I got my food and came home and after 2 bites I notice my burger was not fully cooked. But there was a long line at the drive thru and not may people working. So they are trying to do their best with what they got. But make sure the food is done cooking before you take it out. Yeah there is a timer but you wait until the timer is up before. Other wise you have some uncooked food.
