Outback Steakhouse

Just wanted to thank the staff and Manager Lena for such a wonderful experience at the Baybrook location. We had a not so good experience at another location not gonna say it’s in Pasadena, but anyways they are very kind and took such good care of us!! The food was wonderful and service was excellent!! Highly recommend to take your time and money to a location where you are treated as you should be and not just sat down made to wait then sit another couple right after you, who just came in like we did. Don’t want to think of why, but makes my mind wonder.

What an amazing dining experience! I decided to dine out alone tonight which made me feel a bit nervous, BUT the greeting I received from the hostess and the service from Joe, the bartender, made my night! The hostess opened the door for me as I walked in and I highly appreciated that! Joe the bartender is so friendly, kind, and his customer service skills are beyond normal standards. I'm assuming the manager name is Sally, if I overheard correctly, but she was also very engaging with the regulars and seemed very kind as well. This is the best Outback I have ever visited and I definitely plan on coming back soon! Thank you so much for the amazing service. Especially to someone who was dining alone 😊 Oh, and the food was great too lol - (Longest review I ever wrote so eat here! It's worth it!!!

🤯 Absolutely delicious. The flavor profile was on point. Steak and chicken combo, Bloomin chicken fried chicken with pepper sauce was to taste bud die for. The Brussels was omg great. Will be making this location a must. All the wait staff were excellent. They catered to our every need, even if if they were just passing by, and not our waitress. They take pride in taking care of each other and the customers all together. We talked to the manager, who was an absolute pleasure to talk to and told him of our experience. He was very excited and pleased. Thank you, guys, for a great dining experience. Wish more places had a great team an all-around service like you. 👍

I broke my tooth here last night!!!! That is true, but I put that to get you to read my review. Soft teeth, not hard food! They had all their apps 50% off. So....i had all their apps. This location is really solid, better than most. Talking about you Garland location. They have a very good tuna app. I do look forward to stopping by.

I was lucky enough to celebrate my birthday with some family who traveled from another city. We had the best waitress ever, her name was Alyssa!! She was so sweet, polite and attentive and she made my birthday extra special with the “ultimate” birthday treatment and great dessert. Great food and excellent service, thank you Alyssa. I will be going back soon :)

Bash and Alley were absolutely WONDERFUL! The food was amazing, the service was absolutely top tier and they truly made my birthday special! Bash had the whole restaurant sing me happy birthday and it was very touching! Absolutely recommend and will be back. Thank you for making my birthday so special 😊

LORDDDDD when I say their steaks are JUUICYYYYY lol,you don't even need steak sauce😩😩. Went here for mother's day and it was such great service and the atmosphere was so relaxed! Was packed when we walked in but right away seating was available even after being told there was a 15 minute wait! If you even have room for dessert then you are the GOAT lol. 🐐 UPDATE: Went back tonight(8-19-2023)with my family and we ate some DELICIOUS dishes. Had the asparagus,steakhouse mac&cheese bites,and chicken for my main dish(all photos included). Steaks were juicy as usual and no steak sauce ever needed! Drinks were delicious(had a pina 🐨),and he had a spicy margarita which was actually unique and GOOD!
