Manager, check your security tapes. While waiting for my order at 645pm on 3/11 I watched your fry guy and flat top cook guy deal a huge bag of free food to a heavy set Hispanic man about 35 yrs old with 9 yr old daughter. Had a hat with a “C P” and in small letters “west Texas”. After the fry guy handed him the large bag of food, he walked over to cashier who was very busy and went to vacant cash register and faked a payment. My expertise in this area would lead me to believe the other two employees were in on it or a least complacent with action of other two Good luck with this. Burgers were good but good food from bad people is bad

Every time I've gone there, they got my order wrong like not puting on the extra topping I paid for or shorting me a burger and I didn't find out until I got home that my meal was missing. Their burgers are tasty but after too many disappointments I"m done getting takeout from Five Guys. If you go, be sure to check your order and open every wrapped item to make sure you got what you paid for before you walk out the door.

Love this place mostly for the food. It is all fresh and cooked to order. There are many toppings you can add to your burger for free. There are also hot dogs, veggie sandwich, and grilled cheese available. The quality of it all is very high. The problem with that is the food can take a while to come out sometimes. It is usually between 5-10 minutes after ordering. Five guys is getting harder to recommend over time due to rising costs. I feel like everytime I come to this location the prices have gone up. If you have a family you will definitely be paying a lot.

Ordered 2 small cheeseburgers total with tax 17.32. Gave her $20.35 gave no change when I gave her cash, she and another associate made faces and went to back room with my money, came out and rang me up no change she told me she hit the wrong number and that was it. Scam at Wayne Five Guys . Don't go there, warning not honest.
