BUGS ON THE TABLES, I felt like throwing up everything and my appetite went away. When I told the manager she didn’t even seem surprised, like WHAT? She was very kind about giving me a refund but if you know you have a bug issue EXTERMINATE. Health department needs to be called. Besides that waited almost 30 minutes for half my food to come out! So disgusting

They have good vegan options. a few years ago I ordered 2 Mediterranean Veggie sandwiches with no cheese at this location. I opened it to take out the tomato and there was a small piece of cooked chicken meat. It wasn't mixed in like an accident. I checked my friends sandwich and there was one small piece of chicken, just like mine. Honestly hurts my feelings. Of course I took it out and ate the sandwich. I didn't complain to the management because I didn't want that employee to have the satisfaction of seeing an "angry vegan". I just never went back there and tell other people this place is disgusting so they shouldn't go either.

Let me start off by mentioning LENA and KAT, both employees at this Panera Bread location made my experience beyond 5 stars. They catered to me with such great customer service, and kindness. I really appreciate how comfortable they made me feel at this location. They both have my gratitude. The location was also cozy and clean. I had the (You pick 2 meal) my choice of half sandwich which was the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, and i accompanied it with my favorite soup, the delicious Broccoli cheddar with a piece of baguette. Overall I was highly satisfied with this location.

I had pumpkin bread soup. Cost was approx. $7 with taxes. Soup had a little sweet and salty taste and was nicely accompanied by baguette. Good service and quiet surrounding( when i visited ). Nearby to shopping places like willowbrook. Enough parking space. They have outdoor seating as well. A good place for salad and desert. They make delicious sandwiches. Try it once. Looked clean and hygienic.

This was my first time at a Panera Bread and I have to say it’s not that great! First no one told us what to do we took a pager and waited for it to go off and it never did. A gentleman started bringing our food over piece by piece. Our frozen drink was melted and when I took it back up to the counter I received an attitude! This place is expensive enough without an attitude! Nope not happy at all!! Okay I do not like this place they are not accommodating to someone that has never been here. I have be scolded like a child at school!! Ever time I asked a question I got scolded. After eating the food was not that good!!

Well wanted to give them zero stars, the last two times i have gone to this Panera has been unacceptable. I live around the area and used to come to this Panera here and there for a few years. Like i said the last few times have been terrible. Soups have been cold and I ordered the grilled cheese which has NEVER looked like this before. The cheese was burnt but not the bread!! I also asked for bacon and they didn’t put any on my sandwich. I went to the manager and she wasn’t helpful. She said that “it is what it is” didn’t ask if i wanted a new meal or my money back. Also the staff is very rude and not welcoming! Definitely won’t be coming back here again!
