Waited all year for the McRib to come back with the McDonald's app and carside pickup you can't go wrong within 5 minutes of arriving my food is delivered to my car. Staff is friendly and reminds me to look in the bag what more can you ask for.

The drive through line is backed up as far as I can see. They are taking one order at a time and it has taken FOREVER. The worst & slowest service ever this morning. It has been almost an hour and I haven’t even given them my order yet. Not sure what the problem is today. It doesn’t help that once youre in line, you can’t get out so you’re stuck waiting this long. Unacceptable.

If I could rate a 0 I would, the lady taking my order was extremely rude and rushed me. Didn't even let me finish my order before she told me to pull around to the window...then waited for over 25 minutes for COLD food. I had to asked for my drink I paid for and fries I paid for. And the crazy part is the fries were so BRUNT I couldn't even eat them and they just gave me whatever they felt like making I guess cause all 3 of my burgers were total wrong. Like it's really not that hard to get an order right. Would never go back even if you paid me too.

I only ordered one item a hot caramel macchiato instead I was served an iced caramel macchiato, not to say it wasn't good it just wasn't what I ordered.

The customer service is good nice and polite even during busy times. They go above and beyond to fix any order mistakes and I love that the cashiers are safely following safe guidelines to ensure a good customer experience

Usually they are ok. Today the hot mocha had curdled. Never had one do this before. Tried to call them. No luck it rang then to a voicemail.

I ordered 4 mc chickens and a large fry, I got the wrong order handed to me instead I got a Big Mac and 10 piece chicken nugget. What the heck happened there. Nice job getting my order completely wrong

Waited an hour in line to get food that I paid for online, just to go up to the intercom and find out they had to close the store for some reason. Got no food, no refund and it was a big waste of my time
