Too busy and not enough staff so have to wait for. Ages for a sandwich, but overall tastes nice
I'm writing a review following the best service I've had in years. Went to the Subway for the first time with my overseas friend - we had no idea what we were doing. We were served by Danielle, who was friendly, helpful, and made the experience jolly. Thank you very much!

Staff are rude and disinterested, I know you cannot expect five-star service at a Subway but a little charisma and a thank you would be a start. I actually drive an additional 8 miles to visit the store in Dereham, much better service and rarely do they not have ‘essential’ items such as eggs and hash browns at breakfast!!?

It mediocre at best, most of the time the options for the most common subs aren't available, many issues with machinery 'out of service', can see staff busy talking to each other in kitchen area or on phones texting when there's a queue of people waiting.
