Amazing!! Cocktails are strong and delicious, especially the jalapeño margaritas. The food is really high quality and unique flavours. I would highly recommend the croquette and yellowtail carpaccio. And the desserts are worth staying for, the cheesecake was unreal! Definitely a date night staple for my husband and I.

We went here last Saturday. The welcome was amazing and we were shown to our table immediately despite being early. The atmosphere was great and we enjoyed the selection of music, maybe a little loud for my middle-aged ears, but not too loud that we couldn't talk to each other. We ordered a round of the Spanish tapas and some wine and were very pleased with the the taste and portion size. After a gap we ordered some of the more Japanese style dishes, the bao buns deserve a particular mention. We were able to stay and finish our wine without being hassled out of the restaurant. Definitely a night to remember. To finish I'll just say that I won a voucher to pay for part of the meal, kindly donated by the management to assist a good cause. I'd like to thank them for their generosity and say we'll be back.

Incredible restaurant! The service was out of this world, the food was delicious, not a bad word to say about Humo. They made my birthday so special with the delicious cheesecake- If you’re in Watford you have to eat here. The owner should be incredibly proud of the restaurant, especially their staff- Humo have a great thing going on!

The food was super good. A great addition to the restaurants in watford. Loved the atmosphere and service was great too. The aubergine and the bavette steak, the peppercorn sauce, calimari, the French toast dessert all absolutely delicious. Will definately be going bavk to try out the rest of the menu!

Good options for tapas with Japanese fusion foods. I loved that you can order individual pieces of croquettes and try all the options! My favourites were beef croqueta and jamon iberico croqueta. They had lovely thin crispy skin with soft and flavoursome fillings! Pluma Iberica was tender but I felt it was lacking in some flavours and there were some stringy bits that I couldn't chew. Lamb ribs were pretty delicious and soft, the meat pulls apart easily with just a fork. However, I felt that the chef should've removed the membrane on the ribs...no one likes the rubbery texture of the membrane... Finally, the huge bone marrow could do with a longer cooking time. It tasted good but was slightly too salty for me. Overall, the service was friendly and attentive - we went at 3pm on a Sunday. I loved their comfortable spacious seats. I would come back again and try other dishes.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere, mind blowing hospitality with mouth watering dishes. Every dish carries it’s own story as in its own taste competing with one another. We couldn’t choose which one we liked the most because it’s all unique and tasty as its own. Surely be going back to try all the dishes one by one. Thank you and keep up the amazing work. Cheers!
