This bakery is the best around if you like "artisan" bread. This is old fashioned bakery done superbly. I've had the baguettes that are delicious. I just got the seeded rye loaf today and just had the heel and a slice. It is the best bread I've eaten in a very long time. This baker has mad skills.

One word describes their bread; "Heavenly". I am so fortunate to be able to eat the bread they bake, it is the perfect companion to soup, or really anything. My week is made so much better knowing one of the first stops of the weekend is getting a fresh loaf!

We have been driving from Kingfield every few weeks to pickup the best bread in Maine. We preorder and everything is bagged and ready to go when we arrive. Andre is a fantastic and consistent baker. YUM!

Favorite place in town for a good loaf. The Rye loafs are particularly delicious.

We LOVE this bread! It's all sourdough, do good for your gut! We've tried the multigraun and rye as well as the white baguettes. I think my favorite is multigraun but, I really love them all. A regular loaf lasts us more than a week, but once we wrapped half a loaf very well and froze it. The results were good- still delicious!
