Dunkin'

Thank you to a lady that helped my bf fixed the problem from the Dunkin’ on arsenal st. He came in there because the Dunkin on arsenal packaged the donuts he just bought in a bag stacking upon each other. Well needless to say, it being a hot day, the icing melted off the donut as they are stacked on top of each other. Instead of sending him back to the other place, she said she’ll take care of him. That was AWESOME SERVICE!!! She gave him 5 free donuts and a chai tea for the other store’s mistake. You can’t get any better than that! She gets a positive 15 STARS!!! Thank you!!! The picture shows the 3 maple on the right was the ones that was stacked in a bag from the other store. The 4 donuts on the left (there was 5 but bf ate it haha) and the drink was free from this store!!!

Unlike the other locations this one is very in tune with the customers needs. for instance I was sitting at one of the tables and I burned myself with coffee and one of the employees (Yvonne) noticed from across the store and came over to me and offered me ice to cool my coffee down. very good service and if I could give it 6 stars I would :)

Not sure what they were like a year ago or before but I had great service there, every time. Their area is clean and the guy who's taken my order is so nice! My kids were asking for water and without hesitation, he gave them each their own cups so I didn't have to buy an overpriced bottle of water. Can't remember his name but he usually works in the evening when I can get to Wal-Mart after work. He makes pleasant small talk and has a great personality! I'm sorry others have had a bad experience but maybe y'all should go in the evening, definitely best service I've ever had at Dunkin Donuts! The girls who work at the one at the intersection are so RUDE! if i HAVE to go to Dunkin, i prefer to do it when im shopping. At least they don't look at me stupid when they make my order, leave it on the counter and don't even bother to call it out or acknowledge that anyone is even in their lobby! This place is great and well kept, thanks for being the only good dunkin in Watertown!

Bad service and worse food I've ever had bar none and I've been eating fast food for over 50 years. It was thanksgiving and most restaurants where closed so we wound up throwing everything out in the garbage can and buying a roasted chicken, coleslaw, some buns and a can of peas at Walmart, and ate in the car which was a thousand times better. I now avoid ALL Dunkin Donuts outlets.

The one time I want a doughnut with my iced hot cocoa..I realize there's flies everywhere on the doughnuts. I was 2nd in line..waited as the employees mentioned the machine's weren't calibrated..stuff wasn't stocked and nothing was clean. Trash was overflowing. I'd already ordered my drink and paid..but I think ill go with my instincts and avoid this place.
