Couldn't get my points because that location and others like it don't do the rewards. Tim Hortons is Tim Hortons no matter if in/at a gas station or not. You should still be able to collect points.

Food is fine, but I have one question! People who work there do you know difference between Cappuccino and French vanilla? It’s being second time I am ordering CAPPUCCINO (hot) and I receive French vanilla, and I found it out at work!!! Like seriously???? You work with coffee, you should know what is what! Than I told my friends about it and it seems like I am not the only one!!! It’s a shame, people spending money and expecting to receive what they pay for!

Employees looking at the long line infront of the cash and not assisting any of the customers waiting. They only focus on the drive thru, it’s a ridiculously long wait if you come into this tims.

Waiting inside and NO ONE gave me my chili I ordered, left me standing there with NOTHING, wasted my entire break and now I get to eat nothing for the day because this was my only break. Worst store.

Worst experience having ordered triple triple coffee. I have never tasted something this worst in my life. Try to improve your customer service and the managers need to keep a check on the employees they looked stoned.

Long wait and bad staff. I Ordered a chili for my girlfriend today as she wasn't feeling well and really needed something to eat but was only given half of a rustic bun after paying for a whole bun. Not to mention the BLT I had ordered had ranch sauce on it. Not mayo. After mentioning both these errors we were given a sigh followed by an eye roll and the mistakes were fixed however afterwards had them staring at us the whole time we had tried to eat and started talking to one of the other customers about us whom I am assuming was their for them as they had asked when the staff was going on break. We walked out and didn't end up eating so I wasted $19.50 on my food. Atleast the drinks were decent however I paid for whipped cream and got a very small amount on the drinks. If you are looking for a great tims go to the one in Davenport and Northfield. Its not far away from this one and it is much faster more friendly and over all amazing place. Not to mention they don't mess up your orders nor try to waste you money by giving you less than what you pay for.
Whoever was working at this location at 7pm on sarurday may 18th needs a serious re evaluation as the were not professional. Wish I had gotten their name as she hadn't even had a name tag on. Would not recommend this Tims. The only convenience is if you were getting gas...

Me lenda and Lenard love your doughnuts. They make me buy 4 dozen a day. The dog gets more than me because they eat them all. even though your workers are very slow and I have to say my order 4 times i would still recommend Tim's. My favorite doughnuts are the ones with cream in the middle because it reminds me of the lard in lendas rolls. #Lendaisfat #Loveyourspecialcream #WishIhadalifesizedoughnuttolastmetheweek
