Ordered 2 Steeped tea and they informed us that it would be a wait as they needed to brew fresh tea. We didn’t mind the wait and got to enjoy freshly brewed steeped tea. The crew member who served us was very nice and provided excellent service. Definitely one of the better Tims in the area

The afternoon and night shift are awesome. They always make our orders quickly and consistently. Friendly and courteous staff. I pass several Tims on my way to work but this is the one that never lets me down.

Totally pathetic customer service -
I wanted to order two coffees at drive through and the customer associates were laughing at the mike - I had to wait atleast 10 mins to order and constantly they were laughing at their own jokes with colleagues and that too continuously ,while I was ordering . I did find this attitude very rude ..
once I was done with the order , they didn’t even bother to say drive up . Seems like they don’t care much about the customers !

This is the closest Tim Hortons to work for me. It is consistently the worst Tim Hortons I've been to. Wrong orders, slow wait times, rude staff. I'm now going to go out of my way to the university Ave location.
