Amazing experience. Best subway in waterloo. The person who made my sub made sure it’s packed extremely well. It also tasted amazing. I took a green goddess rotisserie sub. Also, I used a coupon from the app and order pickup so a footlong costed me only $8.49+taxes.

The sandwich maker lady was so amazing and very kind. She provide auspicious food and even grilled the sandwich which was very awesome for us.

It's a Subway like any other Subway - fairly nice quality and pretty clean. Decor is homey. It does have a pretty bad layout though (drink machine is directly facing the counter, so if there's a line and you want a fountain drink - good luck!)

My friends and I visited this location today after a different location made our pizza sub incorrectly. Instead of our pizza sub order, we received a BMT with all the wrong toppings and sauce. (form a different location!!)
We explained the situation to the young subway female worker (who was working all alone and killing it btw!!) and she offered to fix the order for us. We really appreciate the thought and effort by her to make our experience positive. Thank you subway

Typical subway experience. It's a sandwich shop. Service was little slow cause only having one chef at that time. Sandwich is always fresh.

Beat subway I have been too in all of KW. The staff is so friendly and they take pride in making each of their subs. There is always a line up and they move so quickly to get everyone taken care of without any issues. The food is always fresh and nothing looks old. Will always go to this Subway
