I was trying to find an online survey but couldn’t find it. I came here to get my drink because I work in the same plaza. The person that served me her name is Berry. Made the drink super nicely it seemed to have been done from the heart I think she deserves a promotion. If you are the manager reading this please let her know that she’s doing a great job. Visited during the morning rush and I have to call out how organized this Starbucks is. Not only are they efficient, the communication to customers was outstanding. They would call out when they were starting someone's order, that way you knew they were working on it and it would be ready shortly. Everyone got their order with no issues, including people coming in and out for mobile orders. One of the most organized Starbucks I've visited during the morning rush.

To be frank, I have given up on the quality of Starbucks. I only order it out of convenience and speed…but today my experience was changed. Farhaana made my mobile order and it was PHENOMENAL! Everything was perfect. If there are barista awards she should get one. She was so lovely and talked to me about my day and our plans for the evening. If you’re ordering in person and she’s in, have her make your drink!

Best Starbucks in the region. Drinks are made with care. Staff is friendly. I always custom my drink ms here because I know they will make my drinks taste soooo gooddd! Rarely custom my drinks in other locations because it just waste of money. Absolutely recommend buying from this location! Love it!!

Always clean and Quick pick up, never had experienced delays. my recent visit was great the staff were very friendly and they seem happy!
Just one concern there wasn’t any hand sanitizer around!
Update:- visited today and they have installed Hand sanitizer!!!

The excellent staff make this place enjoyable to visit. I used to just order Pike Place but I've started having some other drinks and they're all quality.
Only downside of this store is that it quickly runs out of specialty drinks. I wish it got just a few more shipments of seasonal ingredients.
Top recommended drinks if you're a coffee person: Pike Place, Espresso Con Panna, Brown Sugar Oat Americano
