Such a cute little cafe in uptown. The decor is very quaint with a European feel. The service was friendly and welcoming. Note that it is a smaller space in a building, so there may be limited space for bigger groups. You can choose from the food menu, but they also have desserts that you can order in the front. Tried the apple spice cake, chai latte and Toscanini panini - it had prosciutto, Brie cheese, fig spread and eggplants with a salad. The panini used focaccia bread and was a decent size, however the food and drinks was overpriced overall.

Went in around 7pm on a Friday night. It was unfortunate for us that the wine bar should have….exactly 0 bottles of wine available. My friend enjoyed her sandwich but would have been better had our drinks been cold and if the available water had not been room temperature. Ladies who served us were very nice.

I came here for lunch today and it's one of the best little cafes I've ever been to. I got the capicolla panini and it was so yummy! I love apple anything so I had to get a slice of apple cake and it was the best I've ever had - so fresh & moist - it was perfect! The prices are very reasonable too! Delicious food, great quality. Will definitely be back every time I'm in Waterloo.
