Denny's

This Dennys is horrible! We have been there three times and the last time was the worse. We will never go back. It took over an hour to get our food, we had to practically beg for refills. The service was awful. I realize they are very short handed, but the manage should have been out there helping the server instead of just standing there watching.

For starters, there was 6 in our party. The waitress (Erica) sat us then was walking through the restaurant saying how she hated large families. Umm…sorry you're a waitress, and if you can’t handle a table of 6 then maybe you should choose a different job. Our food came out right about the same time as we finally got our drinks. The food was disgusting. The waitress was loudly complaining about everything under the sun the whole time we were there. If it was busy I can understand being a little stressed, but she had maybe 4 tables. Obnoxious and rude! We won’t be back. Management: maybe you should let Erica go so she can find a less stressful position.

We called a day ahead to let them know we'd have a big group coming in at 9 pm. We got there and we're told Denny's thought it was for 9 am. Our server was Alisha and must have taken her extra rude vitamin for the day! Orders were messed up and she actually told someone, who told her they didn't order fruit, to "eat it anyway". The final straw was when she yelled at the busser, who was very helpful to us, "you're deaf get back in the back". A manager was ringing some of us out and heard that exchange also. The food was great as always. Service was NOTHING like previous visits.

I got the Berry vanilla crepe breakfast, and it was probably the grossest food I’ve ever eaten. The crepe was all soggy the fruit on it was rotten, the bacon was so old and cold, the eggs were very rubbery and could not even eat anything and I’m still hungry so I’m annoyed i wasted my money and didn’t even get to eat. Here’s my receipt and i would Appreciate my money back

Very bad service and minimal teamwork. We were sat in a section with only 1 other table. We could tell the server was young. After our order was taken and drinks delivered we never had our original server come back to check on us. A different server brought our food but didn't even make sure we had everything, which we didn't. My husband didn't get his entree for another 15-20 minutes and that was only after we asked about it and asked for more drinks. Apparently his food had just been sitting up in the window dying a painful death. After we were done we waiting another 20 minutes for the check before I got up to take the kids to the car while my husband was going to wait to get the bill. Then the original server handed me the ticket as I was walking by her. When my husband let the manager know how our service was the response was that the girl was 16 and this was the servers first job. But knowing this the manager didn't once work the section and help the girl out. Fail on the servers part but it doesn't look like she had any training. Fail and the managers part for not doing their job either. We will not return to this store.
