Pulled up in my semi. Drive thru was busy. I ordered online. Called to confirm my order. And no problems just polite, friendly, and helpful service. They ran the food out to me.. Extremely happy with today's experience.

Well we went there for an online order when we told them that at the drive through the lady sighed and acted exasperated. We got some bacon kings and they had about half a cup of mayo on them (not exaggerating) and no other sauce, cheese wasn't even warm definitely not melted and the fries seemed baked instead of fried. We got our money back with an online complaint.

You guys are absolutely ridiculous. Cant get an order right to save your lives and then want to have attitude about it.There is only one pleasant person I have ever encountered there, Sandy, who is actually pleasant, tries, and doesn't have an attitude. Idk how she deals with the rest of you. Especially the GM, Andrea. She needs to chill with her attitude and be a little more professional.
As for the food, it's great, when they get your order right. (2/5 chance they will get it right)

Asked for extra bacon didn't get any, have my digital receipt that proves it. Very rude from the moment I pulled up to the moment I left. Now I remember why I stopped going to this location. Fries were stale like they just popped them back in the fryer after letting them sit out for 45+ minutes. Just annoyed and regretting this now. Literally was out in the sun all day, haven't been able to eat since yesterday at my lunch time and it's now dinner time so pretty annoyed by the disregard for their customers. Like I'd get it if I was rude but literally pulled up and said "Here to pick up my mobile order for Ben" and then when I pulled to the window they were just instantly rude when all I said was "yes" and "Thank you!" To them at all since pulling up. Once again, I'd get it if I was rude like the guy who was in the truck behind me, but don't take your personal problems out on your customers. I never did any of the several places I was a manager (including burger king). I'm only 29 so it hasn't been that long for me either. Get it together people. You don't like your job get a different one??? Not hard to do and temp agencies will even train you in a trade. Sorry not sorry

I dined during lunch hours and was satisfied with my visit. I got the Impossible whopper, ice cream, and jalapeno bites. all of the food was really fresh and tasted good, everything else also came out in a short amount of time.

Not having your dining room open was a bummer. We thought we had hit the jackpot when we saw the chairs down but upon parking and walking up to the doors we realized your dine-in was closed.
Please put the chairs.upside down on the tables to signify you're not taking inside guests.

You need to change your hours on the building and website if you're going to close early. Pulled up to the drive thru after looking at the website to see 11pm close. Got to the speaker about 1040... and rudely got told that they are closed already! Even the door says the lobby is open til 11 and drive thru midnight

Please fix my Burger King! The last four times I’ve come here, I’ve waited at least a half hour in the drive thru…. Unfortunately I usually do online ordering so I can’t just leave and go somewhere else
