The chicken sandwich was fantastic and employees were very nice; however, I had wait a few minutes in the drive thru to receive my food.

I just had a very bad experience at the KFC in Cedar Falls so I went to the KFC in Waterloo and I had the best experience I have had at a KFC. Dalton the employee that took my order and was at the drive thru was extremely polite, friendly and even made us laugh. He made my day and the food was fresh and delicious and the food was still hot when we got home. Thank you Dalton, you deserve a promotion! You're amazing!

Love the Chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy and bisquits.. The only thing is we didn't get and honey or they didn't ask me if I wanted any condiments. I forgot I had just came from work and was ready to come home.

I always dine in on Fridays. I enjoy my 3 piece chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw and biscuit. Also relaxing and taking in the scenery helps.

Love the renovation. Female employee was rude. We were DINING IN and when I asked for plates she was snarky because they "don't have plates". What kind of "dine in" restaurant doesn't have plates? I would think for the price they charge they could afford to offer something to eat on.

Okay. Big screw up KFC. I ordered a 12 piece, original recipe, all dark meat family bucket with sides and no biscuits. Well, I got my sides. Buy I got chicken strips and a bunch of biscuits. I live in Iowa Falls, so I can't really go back and exchange. NOT HAPPY. Update. I spoke to them and they are going to help out the next time I'm in town. That's excellent service

Stopped by to grab something quick and was told they were out of chicken in the style I wanted. Years ago the employee would explain that it would be a wait because they had to drop more chicken in the fryer. Nothing like that was said and our experience was not pleasant

This particular KFC has improved so much. I haven't ate there for quite some time due to the poor quality of of service and food. Once I ordered macaroni and cheese for my granddaughters. They received what had to have been the bottom of the pan that had been sitting there for hours. I visited two times this past month just because everything I ordered was hot, fresh and great tasting. I was also impressed with the quality of the employees. A young man was in the dining washing tables and cleaning the floor as it was getting late. He actually moved the chairs to get under the tables. Everything that could be moved was and cleaned. Overall all of the employees were friendly and appeared to be happy to work there. So glad for all their positive changes.
