So I go Ive been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts since I moved to this location . And every day I order the same thing . Honestly they got new employees and my coffee is trash . Like I need cinnamon sugar on my cold foam it makes or breaks the coffee , I’m paying for it so it shouldn’t be a problem . Super attitude there . Def changing my locations .

Their service is going so down . Make sure you check your order before you get out of the store . It's been 3 times in the row i was missing something in my order.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience ! The manager and general manager are rude as well as the employees ! Very poor customer service ! Not once have I went here and got the correct order ! I called as an upset customer and because the manager and general manager are long time friends there will be no repercussions for the managers poor actions ! She was screaming cuss words at me . The general manager told me I was wrong . Also had a FLY in my small ice coffee . Absolutely DISGUSTING ! Health department needs to be updated!

The staff here were very patient and accommodating when I made a mistake in my order. I forgot one item and since you can only use the drive-thru that's a problem. The girl at the window said it was no problem and they quickly made my order without holding up the line. Also, very friendly and respectful the few times I've been there, which is only when I'm on a beach trip, but it matters every time!

Not my first time in this DD never had a problem, but today I had the worst experience, I ordered in the app all the time never had an issues before. The girl working in drive Thru (skinny,short, piercing on eyebrow & brown hair)was extremely rude and disrespectful. I ordered a hot macchiato and she gave me a cold macchiato, and when I told her i order a hot macchiato she told her coworkers “people need to learn how to order, this is the second person that orders wrong” I tried showing her my order and she said “w.e they are making it” (mind you her manager was standing right next to her and said nothing)at that point I was mad and told her to give me the drink Because I had to go to work & she said to her coworkers and her manager “yea she wants it back because she realized she ordered the wrong thing” and laughed. I then told her “NO I didn’t you are unprofessional and disrespectful and left. Omw to work I went to the DD in Flanders, the lady that took care of my was so nice and apologized (which she didn’t have todo that)I showed her my order and the drink and said “the girl definitely made the mistake”.
So my point is how you fight with a person without even making sure you doing your job correctly, this is not the job for her needs to get fired.

This Dunkin Donuts branch usually has very slow service, especially in the drive through inside is slow too, where customers are ignored, and often the service comes with a bad attitude. I know this, which is why I rarely go there, but today it was logistically the best choice, vut their negatives were on display, so I finally needed tp share.
We went inside. I counted 10+ cars in line, so going inside seemed wise. After about 5 minutes of standing, waiting for at least an acknowledgement, a female employee yelled from the other side of store [and they had a good size crew]. " why the hell didn't we close the lobby?" Obviously we heard, which I assume was intentional, and I asked her if she wanted us to leave. She flippantly responded ending with "I don't care what you do."
Rudest service. Thankfully the young clerk was very sweet.
Similar to complaints going back a ways, when there are more employees-- decent ones-available, hire them and PLEASE FIRE SOME OF YOUR CURRENT EMPLOYEES. THEY ARE LOSING YOU SO MUCH MONEY!!

Service was so slow, I watched 4 cars pull away from the drive thru line because of how long it was taking. The sandwich person threw my food across the room and nobody gave it to me until maybe 3 minutes later. Manager watched this all happen. Pretty disappointing.
