Wingstop

Over an hour of waiting and still no food, no communication about delay and then when I asked to cancel the order and be refunded I was told that only a manager can do the refund and he/she was not there and refused to come in the help as other customers also started asking for refunds. Guess I will have to dispute the charges with my bank... took the kids to KFC instead

I order thru Door dash my order was a 6pc classic well done , and my wings where not well done and I received all flats I did not order all flats, I also order Cajun corn and did not got Cajun corn I got plain corn with out Cajun the way I order it …. Very bad service….. When I go in person to that location the employees are not in a uniform I been seeing them in sandals just playing around poor management I think management is not doing his/her job ……

Been on the phone for over 1 hr (4 different calls because they were going to call us back, they left us on hold and then got hung up on) currently have been waiting for 16 minutes to see if we can get store credit. Somehow I'm blind because I can't see the 10 atomic under the lemon pepper (can you?). Worse service ever, additionally to the wings we were missing a large blue cheese dressing and 1 order of veggie sticks which they agreed to refund the blue cheese (because they ran out) but declined our request to just get the missing 10 wings that I already paid for!!!

Rolls were cold and hard, food barely warm. But what made me write this was they forgot all my 4 ranch dips. They need pay attention instead of signing and listening to loud music (what they were doing when I went inside) I don’t mind loud music or singing at all, but clearly it’s distracting them from their job.
