Donut King

Tried their donuts and hot chocolate. The donuts were fresh (probably made just an hour or so earlier) and tasty, and the hot chocolate was some of the best I'd ever had! I was so impressed that I came back a couple hours later and got another cup! Now I have to resist the temptation every time I drive by their place...

I love their donuts. So lite, like eating air. Service is usually good, very pleasant and warm. Today's service however was a little bit chilly. It was during a busy time and the girl at the counter was acting as if we were asking her to go out of her way, as if we were bothering her. I asked her if the drip coffee was a dark roast and she did not know the answer but I let it go. My husband then ordered a drip so I asked again because I knew he would be dissatisfied if it wasn't a dark roast. Her response was "Whatever is in the pot". i asked her if she would find out. With frustration and a discontent look she finally asked a coworker at the espresso machine. Her temperament was short and unpleasant. Rudeness is not a good look for Donut King.

Really great donuts here, though the only other thing besides that and coffee is breakfast burritos. Can’t blame them though, as COVID has hit everyone, and the burritos are also very good. Nice quiet atmosphere inside, very clean with a modern look; also has branded merchandise if that’s your thing. Staff is very friendly and will try to accommodate you as much as possible.
