I get exceptional service every time I visit this store. The staff is always friendly and smiling, even when I get off work late and show up just before closing. Marc the owner/mgr always makes you feel welcome and appreciated. Today he went above and beyond even more so than normal. I went in to get a large order of blizzards for the 911 center and he would not take any money and just offered his thanks for the work done by these often overlooked, true first of the first responders. Keep up the phenomenal work Marc and the whole DQ staff! You keep our community great!

This is the only ice cream place in the area and I’ve come to this place several times gotten ice cream without issues. Unfortunately, this past couple of months the quality of service has declined. The last couple of times I went for banana splits and I was given melted ice cream. They over do it with the sauces and it looked like a soup rather than a banana split. My bf went for an orange Julius on a different occasion, and he was given a water down version of it, barely any flavor. The quality of the stuff they give you is not worth $7-8 like they charge. You could actually go to Burger King or Mac Donald’s down the road for a more decent product for $1-$2. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back there again.
