I made a simple order but usually this place is pretty good and timing is good.

I met a daughter there for lunch. Had a scallop special that was served not very hot. I believe it had more to do with the server and not the kitchen.

We have been coming to this Dunkin’ for years now. The manager, Matt, is a great business man. He knows our order and begins making it as soon as we walk in the door. He jokes with us and maintains professionalism at the same time. We’ve seen him working at the slowest and busiest times of the day and year. It is very clear that he is loved by his loyal customers. We like this Dunkin’ because you get fresh coffee, a good laugh, and you leave feeling like a valued customer. I come here every Saturday morning around 6:00am. I hope you have a similar, if not better, experience here. I love this place.

Hot chocolate is dilute and not stirred, hash browns are over cooked and the orange cranberry muffin seemed to be a few days old. We won't be coming back to this location since they feel it is okay to serve this level of quality.

Needs to be steam cleaned rt 31 much cleaner, won't upset your stomach.

We were the very first people to walk into the store at 7 on the dot. 10 people got their order before we did and we waited for over 20 minutes for 3 orders of hashbrowns and 2 bagels. The food was cold not up to expectations. Terrible service. We had to say something more than once before they said they were getting the food and then we still had to wait another 5 minutes. 0/10
