Drive thru service is terrible and slow. Waited over 20 minutes in line when only 3 cars ahead of me. Then got to the window & they didn’t give me my drink. Brought this up & she wanted to see my receipt on my bag that she just handed to me. They didn’t ring it up & I was very clear that I asked for a drink with my meal with the size & flavor request & then a shake with specific size was then requested in addition to the drink that comes with the meal. Asked again for the large & said a Pepsi or coke whichever they have. She says”Ma’am we don’t have Pepsi here. Ok give me the large coke like I asked!” I’m thinking ring me up or give it…Do something! I was late to where I was headed. No wonder everything was taking so long…They don’t listen. I was willing to pay for it, but it was like pulling teeth to get her to do it!

Food was right and fresh, but they forgot my drinks, when I reminded them the guy in the window looked at me like I had three heads, the manager came over and rudely asked me what was on my ticket, I said two whopper meals, one root beer and one coke. She acted as if pouring the drinks and handing them to me was the biggest inconvenience. Im not even certain why the manager got involved. I only gave stars because of the food. service and friendliness of the staff I'd give a -5 star as they had me waiting at the order box for 5 ish minutes before letting my order
