Service was a little slow at the counter which seems to be the norm everywhere nowadays. All our food had a black "film" as if it was cooked in dirty equipment. Drinks were awesome as always, but not a great DD experience.

WORST customer service i have encountered in a VERY long time. . I am in food service myself and can be forgiving, especially in the current climate. . I was the only person in the store and the miserable guy couldnt even say hello. . Threw the register key like i was putting him.out just for coming in. . I wont be returning anytime soon

Sat in drive thru line for 18 minutes before they even took my order. Coffee is subpar compared to other Dunkin donuts and the staff is very rude.

This is one of the best Dunkin Donuts there is!! It can be the busiest time of the weekend and you never wait long! The donuts are always amazing and the staff treat you friendly! I have been going to this location for over a year and never had a bad experience!

You need to teach your crew how to make a coffee. Whatever i got in the image is diarrhea , not coffee, and was not my order.

I have been to this location many times and I am always happy about the level of service they provide. Drinks are made properly into order, and even though they may be very busy the staff is attentive and happy to help you. The general manager is always quick to offer a coupon or to help out with a crying child. I appreciate how easy they make my visits.

Depends who is working ...but they charge for extra bacon but their idea of extra is a slice of bacon .....also certain cashier's ask if you want your change????? Does anyone not want their change??
