Subway

Worse Subway I've ever been to. Only one kind of bread which was white and it was old and hard. I ordered a foot long steak sweet onion teriyaki. I only got steak on one half of the footlong. They're lucky it was my husband that went instead of me or I would have walked out so unhappy when he got home.

I showed up at this place to use the restroom and possibly get a salad for lunch. I walked into the restaurant and the manager asked me if “I was going to buy anything”. I responded “I need to use the restroom first but yes“ I finished up in the restroom and realized I did not have a form of payment on my person. I proceeded to walk out the door to pull my debit card out of my car so I could pay for my salad and the manager yells out “I thought you were going to buy something“. I instantly went from 0 to 100. That was so unprofessional! I proceeded out the door grabbed my Card and came back into the store. I began to inform her how I didn’t appreciate her attitude and how unprofessional she was being towards me. She then said to me if I was going to talk to her like that I needed to leave the store”. This woman had such an attitude with me before I even opened my mouth when I walked into the door to begin with! This is in fact the second time she has given me power trip attitude. The first time I kept my mouth shut and allowed her to verbally abuse me, but not this time!

Meals are made correctly and are very neat. The subway on Jefferson has improved in the recent months, it is very clean and the employees are actually taking their job serious and show compassionate and proper behavior towards the customers. I read other comments and understand how people are frustrated with the hours of operation and only the dining room being open and the drive through closed at times, but times are tough for the fast food industry and most places are extremely short staffed. Be happy the meals are made correctly and show compassionate towards the employees working to make your food.
