great staff and very attentive!
i was in dc for a summer and going to firehook for a quick breakfast or pick me up became a staple for me! i love how good everything tastes and the fact that they don’t use plastic straws! the line out the door was annoying but, it was always worth the wait! i will think about firehook and their staff until i can go again🤍

I don't buy coffee much and therefore never know what terms to use or exactly how/what to order. The man behind the counter was very helping in figuring out what I would like and it was excellent!

Love Firehook! Amazing cookies, great coffees, and lovely staff at this location. They seemed to know most of the patrons, and their orders! Located at the top of the metro station it’s super easy to get to and a good stop for visiting the Smithsonian museums.

Took the metro and passed this place on the way to the Newseum. So glad they were open on Thanksgiving and WOW were they busy. Line went very fast. Yogurt parfait was fresh. Cookies are huge, great price. I had the oatmeal raisin and it was spectacular. Glad they had soda for those of us who don't like coffee.

Firehook's pastries are pretty tasty. Hadn't seen a Firehook Bakery in several years. It's good to see they're still around.

It was a coooooold day. Nice friendly staff. The creamiest hot chocolate, and a welcoming portion. We copped a squat and warmed up. Our group purchased a few muffins, cookies and a fruit dish. Everything from start to finish was excellent. You gotta stop on through!

Very friendly staff. Coffee is always on point and made fresh. The pastries are a favorite within my office. Power players in the senate like to meet here and talk shop. Great little coffee house.
