We ordered the crème brûlée donut & it was fantastic! It was fresh & full of flavor. The staff was very nice!

These doughnuts are not nearly as bad as a lot of the reviews say. They are actually quite amazing as is the cinnamon bun they have. The biggest knock here is the prices in my opinion.
Definitely worth a look when looking for a sweet treat.
4/5. Will be back next time we're in DC.

We are in town from St. Louis visiting my brother. We pre- ordered 2 dozen assorted donuts and in the extra notes asked for an additional GF donut and 2 coffees. The donuts were ready when we arrived, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating.
The gluten free donut was good, but not my favorite gluten free donut ever. I always appreciate stores that offer gluten free, however, so thank you District Doughnut. We had a great experience!

First time visiting! Absolute favorites were the blueberry and strawberry donuts! The strawberry was so soft and the glaze was perfect! The blueberry frosting was still wet and gooey so it can get messy but it was worth it!

Act of kindness made my kids day. Hours are til 8 according to Google, we came at 750, door said til 7 — staff saw us at the door and gave our kids free donuts. Made their day. Inaccurate Google listing, but amazing staff.

The donuts here are amazing! My girlfriend and I had the Nutella and crème brûlée donuts. They were phenomenal. For the crème brûlée they torch the donut in front of you. It’s super fresh. The only caveat is that each donut is over $4. Keep that in mind but otherwise it’s delicious!

It’s ok. Donuts are chewy. Wish they were like Duck Donuts - hot and fresh because made to order. Otherwise it’s like a corner with Whole Foods bakery

Cute doughnut shop right on the water front. We got the Nutella and the dulce de leche and both were good. No indoor dining. But they have a small amount of outdoor seating.

Bought half dozen and they tasted amazing. I normally cannot eat doughnuts because of the yeasty flavor but these are fresh and don’t taste like yeast. Only reason it’s not five stars is because the place was completely empty and the two employees visible were not happy to be working. Maybe they were just having a bad day but it would be a 5 star if they would just smile or at least respond with courtesy to a greeting.

It was okay, nothing special. Creme brulee doughnut is torched in front of you. We got psl creme brulee, vanilla creme brulee, Samoa, brown butter, pumpkin cheesecake, and sweet potato pie. There is paid parking directly by it but street parking is available nearby. Location is in stand alone building on wharf. There is space to sit outside, contactless payment only, safety glass up between staff and customers.
