Very rude staff, every time I go there they are always rushing me at the speaker and have a very bad attitude. I visited there today Friday January 7th at 2:47. Girl at drive thur collecting money was rude and giving me dirty looks and appeared to be super stoned. A girl was taking my order over the speaker when I got up to the window it was now a guy taking orders. He also was rude. I called the store right after I lifted the drive thur and talked to a girl who was honna find out the employees names for me and was hung up on. I called again and was hung up on for the second time. I will never come here again and will be speaking to the owner RJ and the manager tomorrow

Ignorant useless kids who feel closing at 8pm really means 7:30pm and don’t even have the courtesy to tell you they are closed. This is the best that places can hire and it’s disappointing. This one has really gone in the toilet with reduced hours and lousy night staff.

At least twice a week my order is incorrect, they have knowingly given me back the wrong coffee when asked to correct it. Take the extra 5 minutes to go to meadowbrook or you’ll likely end up bringing your coffee back.

My go to Dunkin. The staff always goes above and beyond. My coffee is always right no matter how busy the place is. Super friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
