Old Barneys

Called in a take out order and was told it would take 45 minutes. Showed up shortly after that time, got back home, and noticed our food was cold. They were a little skimpy on the onion tanglers as well. The two ladies behind the counter were very friendly, so I’d assume we’d have a much better experience when dining in if we decide to give it another shot. Although not necessary, my suggestion would be to update the website with latest menu. One of the items we tried to order had been changed for a couple years. Obviously no impact to the reoccurring customers but as a first time customer, the original recipe for the Barney’s burger that used to include a pork shoulder, now a slice of ham, seemed way more interesting than what it is now.

I really wanted to like this place. Food was pretty good. Other than they didn't get it right. Wife ordered nachos minus tomatoes, lettuce, and onions. Guess what her nachos were full of? My son wanted mayo only on his chicken and he received all the fixings with no mayo. And I paid for bacon on a burger that wasn't there. Worst part was drinks. Only when we was done eating did someone finally return and ask if we wanted a refill. And they weren't even that busy. Guess it wasn't meant ro be. We will not be returning.

Old Barney's was great!!! My wife and I stopped in for lunch, this was our first time at Barney's. I had the special, pork loin with mashed potatos and gravy with green beans as the side veg and Texas toast. It was amazing! My wife had the tenderloin sandwich with fries and she loved it. We had the onion Tanglers before our meal and you have to get those! The service was above and beyond excellent. We definitely will be going back and recommend the place to everyone!
