Easy to order friendly service.
They just forgot my butter and honey for biscuits.. but I had fresh out the fryer chicken tenders, must have been busy that day as the Coleslaw was not all the way cured. The Mac and cheese was fire 🔥 😋 and the mash and gravy were good as well

The employees don't seem to care very much. I asked if they remembered the extra biscuit I asked for and they didn't even bother to look the girl just said if there is a problem with your food just call tomorrow and they will give you a refund... My order was completely messed up. The Tim we live in suck. Nobody cares about anything but themselves.

I usually order from KFC on West Market St. Warren Ohio.. This is the worst dinner I ordered from there tonight. The coating on the chicken was gritting the bowls of potatoes were half full. The biscuits were small. Now mind you when I order it's a big meal. This dinner was just terrible.

Didn't get what we asked for 3 times in a row worker aren't very friendly at all

The customer service was terrible. Asked for a 16 piece family meal the response I got was a rude well we're gonna have to give "half and half." No explanation of half original and half extra crispy, half regular chicken the other half tenders. Asked for sauces that we were supposed to get with our tender meal box didn't get them. And to top it all off in the middle of a "pandemic" the cashier was not practicing proper hygiene. Playing with her hair and mask with no gloves on and the went directly to making the drinks for the next customer in the drive thru with no gloves and not washing her hands.
