I experienced this franchise as the WORST Burger King I've ever been to and I will not be back.The workers (Three women) seemed angry to be there and were VERY rude. They gave me no time to decide what I wanted at the drive thru menu board and asked me to move back until I decided because of their timer. Then once I placed my order I was then asked to pull upfront until it was ready. When I finally got my food my order was messed up and I had to wait in a long line in the drive thru to get it corrected. Once I got to the window the workers werent thrilled as they fixed my order. My mom then asked for a drink for the inconvenience and the Manager told us ABSOLUTELY not and the workers were vedacated as they were smiling and laughing. My mom and I then told the Manager that we would be contacting Corporate and she told us that we should do that.
The upsetting thing about this is that they still didnt get my order correct. But at this point I didn't feel comfortable to engage in any further service with location so I just left.
I don't appreciate this unprofessionalism and my time being wasted. I did not feel like a valued customer. A franchise is only as strong as it's leadership and the Leadership and service at this location was Poor.

Not a single employee was wearing a mask and the gentleman who served me in the drive thru took my card and handed me my drink without gloves. In addition he held my drink about to hand it too me but chatting with another employee was more important than handing it to me. I had my mask on for them, it would've been nice to have the gesture returned. I just started working down the road and have been stopping by to grab a drink beforehand but I will not be returning.

I came to this burger king today and got a veggie burger. It was hard and stale like it had been dried out. The people dont seem friendly and inviting either

Placed our order, was ready by the time we pulled up to the window. No other cars in line. Should have been a heads up. Chicken fries and nuggets were rubbery, as if cooked prior and then hurriedly microwaved. Fries were old and cold. Onion rings were definitely old and tasted of bad oil. Coffee was even cold. Was really surprised at how awful it all was. We had been there before and had great food. Did not even get a receipt so I could call and inform them of the horrible food. Probably did not give one because they knew they were pushing old gross food. Seriously disappointed and disgusted.

There were no cars in the drive through. There were two cars in the parking lot. Why did they park me and explain that they would bring out my order and never did. I went inside after 10 minutes to an empty restaurant. No apology or explanation was offered. What happened to fast food and better service? You won't find it here. I want to give zero stars. My order wasn't even hot and fresh after my wait.

If i could rate -500 stars I would!!! Such a terrible staff! Making something as simple as getting a milkshake nearly impossible because you decided to clean and close the machine with over an hour and a half left until you close and then to Simply ignore the customer after is completely unacceptable! I know that it's fast food, but common courtesy in the workplace towards the people who are the reason you have a job, it's such a simple and easy thing to ask for in my opinion. 😠😡😬😒😑🤔🤔

The employees here are cheating the timer system, that tells corporate how long people wait at the drive through by making you pull up front, even if your the only one there at all and half the time they do not remember to bring your food. If you pull into the drive through and your the only one there at all they will make you wait a few minutes before taking your order. This place is pitiful and needs to be restaffed. I've had 2 experiences where they tried to cheat me out of getting my change back or the correct change, both times just happened to not give me a receipt either. I asked the girl why they didn't give me my change and she was rude and said I already gave you your shake. I never ordered a shake or was given one, these people should notwork with customers.

Probably the worst customer service I have experienced in a fast food joint. I have been to this place twice, but not yet eaten there and never will. Both times there were only 1 or 2 customers ahead of me and waiting on food they had already paid for. No one bothered to acknowledge my presence, yet they knew I was there because eye contact was made several times. After waiting at least 3-5 minutes just to try and place my order, I left and went across the street to Wendy's.
