long line due to the woman clerk texting on her phone.. she finally finished and started to help. 2 more people came in while I waited. looked at the line and walked out. wish I had l left too. the pizza was stale and cold. the iced coffee was watered down. I trashed the pizza and coffee at a gas station a few miles away and bought some fresh coffee. I won't be back!!!

Worst 7 eleven in the world. My family love 7 eleven but the one on 13 mile and hoover, the owner is so nasty and rude. We went to get hot dogs like we do at any 7 eleven. This one always has one left and they don't put new ones on the grill. If it was once or twice I can understand, but all the time. We got 3 big gulp thinking we can get three hot dogs since they come with hot dog. The guy said he only had one and he is not going to put any more on the grill. So I said we will get one gulp then. He got mad and said why didn't you see the hot dogs first?

Guy rang up wrong size bottle of Jack Daniels. Since I use my credit card the cashier told me it would be weeks before I got my money back into my account. So I ended up having to buy a pint instead of a half a pint because my account was out of money because he rang up in more expensive bottle. Then claims he couldn't refund the money. I know he couldn't give me cash back but he could put the money back on my card
