Tim Hortons

I go to this Tim Hortons a lot. I do like their iced cappuccino, bagels, ice cream. In the evenings, I do enjoy going for the occasional ice cream or two. The staff they have in the evenings have been wonderful. They are kind. I just wanted to leave this review to say how nice I appreciate the kindness and compassion. In this day and age, it's hard to find that with what is happening. Hopefully more people if any age will take note that there is kindness and pass it along!!

Extremely rude, I did a order through a delivery company and when I called regards to the fact that it was messed up the lady I talked to was very inconsiderate. Acted as I was lying that my order was incorrect. She told me I needed to bring the items back in to prove that they gave me the wrong things even though it wouldn't be hours until I could come in and that even though I was allergic to a item they had put in my order that I asked them not to, to still dig it out of my trash so they could verify they gave me the wrong thing. They gave me a random donut because they didn't have the one in stock instead of calling and asking which other one would I prefer. I've had other issues with this Tim hortons and needless to say I will not be returning. I will drive out of my way to make sure I never return to this location!!!

Today at 11:50 I was disrespected by an old middle eastern lady just by asking for a fresh coffee. Also not just that when I pulled up to the window they were talking trash about me in their language thinking that I didn’t understand them! I speak their language! There were 3/4 ladies there at the window Ganging up on me. They didn’t want to serve me all that because I told the lady behind the speakers to not yell at me for asking for a fresh coffee. I am very disgusted by their employees and I hope they Either change the employees or close the store down!
