Tim Hortons

Used to be a good coffee shop. Don't know why the quality has dropped so much. This is my third bad experience with this store in the last couple weeks. The americano felt like plain sugar water and the coffee mocha tasted like, well, sugar water. Even the espresso tasted funny. I feel like the water quality has dropped, and the coffee quantity too.

First time going to Tim Hortons... I'm from a different state and we dont have Tim Hortons in my state. Never will go to another Tim Hortons ever. The food is a joke... got a chicken sandwich and it literally was like having 2 chicken mcnuggets in the middle of a hoagie bun. I took a bite of the sandwich and noticed the nuggets also had black residue on top of it. The girl that took my drive thru order was rude... but what became more rude was that another employee came on and was annoyed I didnt know the menu just because I asked them what sides they had since again it was my first time there. Extremely disappointing, the only one that was nice was the girl who took my payment... she was the only one who knew how to treat a customer. I would give zero stars but 1 is the lowest it allows me to give.
