Placed an online order for 2 subs that I paid online already. I had my daughter go pick up the order and the lady at the cashier said there is no order online. My daughter shows her the email confirmation that it was ordered and already paid. The worker still wouldn’t make our subs and says we have to call our credit card to get our money back. I called the worker on the phone and said if she can just make me out subs because i already paid for them. She hung up the phone on me and I tried calling and she wouldn’t pick up. I just want me subs or my money back. Don’t take my money if you’re not going to give me my food!

Omg had the worst experience here. It was dirty. Stuff all over the place. The worker kept going on her phone with gloves on and she didn’t even spread my tuna on the bread.

Went there and they said they only had wheat bread and 6 inch white but they had bread on the cooling rack and the kid was rude to the custimer a head of me.

I had placed an order online, order online went well. It was for a graduation party Aug. 2019, was to be delivered...over $300 worth of food. Store was 29176 Van Dyke, Warren, MI.
Over an hour late food had not arrived. I called and was told they were on their way, mind you I'm 5min from the store. 30min passes still no food, I called back again. This time someone else answered, said this order was for pick up, clearly it wasn't as I was looking at the printed receipt. I asked to speak to the manager, and she said she was the mgr. She flippantly brushed me off and said there was nothing else that could be done. So I had to leave my house with all the guests waiting. When I got back to the house about 10 min later, pulling the trays out....the dressing was just thrown all over, the individual wraps were not put together and with no paper around any of them. The lettuce and meat was half hazard falling out of all of the sandwiches. The cookies were not on a tray but thrown into a container all mixed up. Absolutely horrendous and embarrassing to my guests.
This was the worst service, presentation and taste in food I have ever ordered. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this location. I should've read the previous reviews. Corporate should shut this place down. No refund or apology was given.
