When not bombarded with more customers than they can handle it’s a quick, easy, and simple bite to eat. It’s obvious they put a lot of care into making sure they’re food is fresh every day. Mrs. Mary, the manager, is kind to every one who walks through the door and the other employees like Timothy and Aaron work quite a bit and it’s always a present surprise when one of them are working, Timothy is always smiling and is really good at making customers laugh and feel at home, and Aaron, he’s the tall one by the way, is super respectful and is able to answer any question you ask him about prices and the food they serve. Annetta, just like Timothy, does a really good job of making people feel like they are welcome there and it seems like she knows EVERY customer that walks through the door. The other employees are all just as good! They know the sandwiches, they’re kind and the store has an amazing environment whenever they’re open.10/10 would recommend!

Worst subway i’ve ever been to. Watched a customer walk in and start ordering but door was locked when me and my family walked up. Then turned the light off while staring at us as if they were closed with a customer still inside. Oh yeah, i can’t forget the part about how it wasn’t even closing time. Lazy workers don’t recommend coming to this store.

Employees just dont care. I'm standing in line, waiting to order and in walks a guy who apparently thinks he's special. He bypasses the line of 6-7 people and simply states "I want a sandwhich." The girls working the counter simply start making his sandwich without batting an eye!! I dont know if he was a friend of theirs or what but they sure didnt seem to mind this man jumping in front of the rest of the customers. THEN he brings in his friend who ALSO jumps the line with entitlement and proceeds to order. 😡 what terrible customer service.
