Staff always friendly. But the shop is small and there is often a queue to get served. Sometimes bakery items are cold.

Great staff, friendly and efficient, great food and clean. Easy. Parking however only thirty minutes of free parking

Very good COVID guidelines. Only 3 people allowed in store at a time, masks are mandatory, doors were wide open. Service was perfectly acceptable, and quick.

This relatively small branch must be one of the busiest in N Tyneside, being a favourite of nearby college students. Despite this, it's kept clean, well-stocked and staff are always pleasant, cheery and efficient. All deserve credit, including lovely Barbara!
