Ihop

Unfortunately, it seems that this brach's standards are not what they used to be. One of my family's favorite place, yesterday was filthy. Tables and seats were sticky and dirty. My coffee cup had lipstick marks on it so I sent back, only to get a new one and when I put cream it curdled. One of our soda glasses had some thick white stuff on it, so we sent it back too. The cutlery was sticky and I just used own wipes to clean it. All signs of overloading dishwasher or someone not doing their job. Needless is to say that I just wanted to leave and did not eat much. Considering how expensive it was to eat there, cleanliness is the minimum expected. Staff is always nice, efficient, and courteous.

First time just happened to be driving home and was so excited to see an IHOP since ours closed years ago. Came in to the hostess ready to seat us. Had a waitress name Ninfa. Absolutely was wonderful waitress. Pleasant, accommodating and We really enjoyed ourselves. They have a IHoppy hour at 2. We were 10 min early so she came back to take our order because we asked if we could wait. I got french toast,n sausage n my daughter got a crispy chicken sandwich. Both delicious 😋. We both ate for 12 dollars. I had to do a double take my daughter said thats just her meal at Mcdonalds lol. Great food, great service and great price. Cant beat it.

Part of wife and my breakfast, which was very good, included all you can eat pancakes. We never asked to refresh or coffee or tea, let alone be asked if we wanted more pancakes. Maybe if the waitress came by just once after bringing our food, I could have requested more. She showed up with the check, AFTER, we had finished our meal. Very disappointed.

I dined here with a party of 3, and we were given one menu to share. The QR code that is supposed to show guests the menu did not work. To make matters worse, the table was sticky in several places when we arrived. The water tasted strange, the food was subpar, and the waitstaff was nowhere to be found. Whenever our waitress did come over, she left before we could mention any of our issues. Also, the music, though quiet, was rather distracting and annoying. Honestly, you'd have better luck hopping in the car and driving to Pennsylvania to the nearest Waffle House. If time is an issue, I'd recommend eating at any other nearby restaurant.
