This is my favorite subway to order from in Walla Walla, hands down. The service is always on point, even on their busiest of days. Their manager Katelyn Sumerlin is polite, professional and punctual. 💖 She also makes THE best sandwiches! Huge thanks to you and your crew's constant consistency and the usual awesome service. 👌

Our coupons were out dated but the waiter still gave us a little break. I really like their sandwiches and they are reasonable prices and they are way more healthy than a burger. Please support our local businesses so we have the option of not cooking.

Regular customer, always good until last night. I ordered online as I usually do, ordered for husband & son for dinner. Picked it up…. Ready as it always is when I get there. Super friendly as always… handed me the bag & home I went (30 miles out of town) got home & my husbands sandwich was perfect… as always. My sons on the other hand…. It was a 6”…. I ordered and paid for a footling, it looked like someone dropped it an just stuffed it back in the bread and wrapped it up. So he didn’t want to eat it…. Looked pretty sketchy. I tried to call our Subway. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE & no voicemail set up. I tried calling today … same thing. Very disappointed, not sure when we will be back. I don’t think it’s an intrusion to set up a voicemail on a company phone that no one plans on answering 😳

The meat and produce are fresh and delicious the bread is a little tough to bite into and the prices are a little high but other than that its a good place to eat and the place is clean. The people who serve you are polite and respectful and sweet.
