While the food was ok the young woman making the food today has an attitude problem. If you dare to ask a simple question you will be met with disrespect. Most of the other employees were decent but seemed untrained and not knowledgeable.

I feel like lately prices are pretty high for the level of quality you are getting. Our last order had an item made incorrectly *with beef, we asked for bean, and it wasn't convenient to drive back to town to exchange. For $15 for 3 items, I'll go elsewhere next time.

This Taco Bell location is pretty new, and they're still trying to get their kinks worked out, but some of the people working behind the counter were fairly rude and not very personable. I ordered my food via the Mobile App, and gave my name, but apparently there was a disconnect between everyone, because my food was sitting on the warmer for over 5 minutes. I had to repeat my order several times, but apparently they still couldn't figure it out. Hopefully they'll eventually get their stuff figured out.

Extremely disappointed that my wife and I found a piece of long hair in one of our fries. Not to mention no napkins or forks.

Every time I try to go here the lobby is always closed, drive thru only which I can't fit my van through.
Also when I have been in my personal vehicle and go to the drive thru, not once has the order been correct. Always ask for no sour cream, they put no sour cream on the screen, but it always has sour cream. Frustrating.

Absolutely wonderful had somebody real nice talk with me and taking my order had no problems whatsoever better than the Jack in the box two blocks away with their attitude disrespect and unprofessionalism I will gladly return to this location at any time

The lady that helped us and really had an attitude and seemed angry. I didn't realize my guacamole didn't ring up and when I walked up to get it I was embarrassed with the treatment I received. They were yelling you have to pay for it! Won't go there again.

The lady at the drive thru was super impatient, skanky, rude and crazy weirdo she doesn’t know anything that’s on the menu and she didn’t let me finish my order. Horrible service…! Go to the Taco Bell in Milton free water
