Lovely staff, lovely food and great value. Classic cafe grub with a lot of love put in. Vegan options as well that are not overly expensive. Homemade breads, cakes and pastries are really the cherry on the cake.

A gem of a cafe, very handy for Trinity Walk.
Excellent value home cooked food, with great service. I had the large breakfast (served all day!), a big plate full served with toast and a hot drink of your choice for just £5.75. I doubt there us any better value than this anywhere in town. If you are a fan of REAL chips, this is the place to come.

Just revisited the bake house,I had mixed views on my last visit.Today I have only good things to say.I had a ham salad ,my husband had pie and mash which was very nice and a grand portion.I had a coffee my husband had a cup of tea.The staff were great and the service was excellent.

Extremely good value for money. Good quality food and always piping hot. Used this cafe loads of times and will continue to do so. Breakfast wrap is worth having.

Lovely cafe! Don’t be put off if it looks full there’s seating upstairs! A proper down to earth back to basics cafe with good food and a good vegan and vegetarian selection! Friendly staff very helpful!
