Kfc

The food is fine. It's what you expect from KFC. But the drive thru is always backed up. So this time I ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait in the huge line. The problem is that I showed up when they said my food would be ready and the dining room is closed. So I have to wait in the drive thru line while my food is getting cold inside. Who knows how long it will take to get through the line. Come here if you are hungry for KFC. But don't bother ordering online. It's completely pointless.

This place is so bad. They close randomly in the afternoons. Most of the time, dining room is closed. Multiple occasions seen closed around 5pm with 5-7 people inside and web says they dont close until 10pm. Don't give me that "not enough help" line. Person answered the drive through and said "give me a minute", so I waited....in the rain..... for her to return. Came back 5 minutes later to tell me they were closed at 4:50p. Why is it so hard to get some chicken and fixins for dinner? Do I have to go at noon for a 6pm dinner?

THE WORST KFC IVE EVER BEEN TO! Ordered at the drive thru at 5 and was told to pull to the front. It’s 5:20 and I have to call the store to ask because it’s pouring. And was asked to get down, and bring the receipt because no one knew about my order. I ask for a refund, and the manager, Akira, or something like that, asked for my card with the nastiest attitude, I tell her I’m not running back outside with my 5 year old, who’s already soaking wet, and she just throws the receipt and gets on her phone, and says “I’m dealing with a rude customer” EXCUSE ME??!!! Never apologized, didn’t even try to fix the situation, and just walked away. One of the ladies at the drive thru was the only one who apologized and actually showed her face. I don’t understand how people like that manager have that position, even at KFC! It’s ridiculous.

Ok, against my better judgment I went to KFC.. NEW MANAGEMENT, newly renovated and major upgrade from the past dump. Given props when due! Hot chicken, my order was correct, staff was on it! There is a constant cleaning going on. The wait was worth it! I missed my KFC fix and I'm going back! Nice UP KFC, waaaay overdue!

Very unprofessional to delivery drivers!! Locked the door after I stepped out to my car after being inside for 10 mins waiting on an order. Told me I had to get in drive thru which was wrapped around the building!! Two other people that were inside were allowed to stay inside. Y'all need to step up on your professionalism!!

Took to long to take my order, so I pulled my car to the window to order there. When I told one of the team members there working at the register. He was polite and professional, and he turned to the manager and told what had happened. She told him to tell me to go through the line again. My order couldn’t be taken from the window, even though I waited 15 minutes and no response. I did. The team member apologized, but the manager did not. When I got out of line to look through my order. It was wrong. So, I had to go through the line again. Needs much work. A Also, to the other manager there cooking and making the food. Where a masks, put gloves on. Specially working with food. That’s basic sanitation. I want to congratulate the two members at the register tonight. They had on masks and gloves and were professional and polite. Better than the managers.

As for the food, it's just typical KFC. But during this time with most places being understaffed and not able to hire decent workers they are doing exceptionally well with hiring and training. I come to this KFC often as it's one of the few places I can go to when I get a lunch break and they are close by. They have yet to get my order wrong and they have given me EXTREMELY FRIENDLY SERVICE! They seem very welcoming and they are really nice to be around. You don't usually see that from fast food, (most KFC included) but they are doing something right!
