I had to give them 5 stars not even because of our family visit last night but because how the staff basically dropped everything to assist an elderly man sitting in front of our table. Making sure he knew he was not a burden at all. They made sure he got into his chair safely. The staff was a real gem for sure. God bless!

A lovely place to go to for a date night or a night out with friends and family. Affordable sit down restaurant with good quality food. My favorite dish is the four cheese mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders. Highly recommend! Their steaks are also surprisingly good and affordable with their meal deals. The waiters and waitresses are super friendly and always refill your drinks promptly. I have also ordered through DoorDash before and the food was just as delicious! Will always be coming back to this location.

Food was delicious. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was off her game. Missed us ordering our appetizer, she ordered my husband chicken instead of steak, even after asking how he wanted it cooked, lol. Again, the food was delicious. One thing though, all they had was plasticware. What happened to silverware? Makes it a little difficult eating meats that have to be cut. But yet again, the food was delicious.

Horrible horrible experience! The waitress dropped my sons pizza on the floor. We sat there for 20 min with our food in front of us waiting on utensils. I asked for a refill of Pepsi and she brought me a sweet tea. My dinner was ice cold. I told the waitress I didn’t like my dinner (Mac and cheese bowl) so I ordered chicken Alfredo and she brought me out the Alfredo with no chicken. I asked her where the chicken was and she said oops let me get that for you. Then she tells us our bill is $68. By that time my son who is 2 started acting up and I couldn’t ask for a mgr. I wish I did it was the worst experience ever! There is no way our bill was $68 unless she didn’t take the dinner off that I sent back. We will never be back to Applebees again!!!

The restaurant was hot and stuffy. Waitress said it was at a comfortable temp for everyone. I have asthma and found it difficult to breathe inside the restaurant with it being absolutely no airflow. It felt better outside in the heat compared to our dining experience. The waitress messed up our order and brought my dish without the chicken in the Alfredo as we ordered originally. I also had to ask for the breadsticks and Alfredo appetizer after they brought our food out. She only brought me a breadstick on the side of my chicken-less Alfredo. We had to wait even longer to get that situated correctly. I also disliked when the server brought me the Alfredo without my chicken the waitress cut in before I could correct them and spoke for me without me giving her the consent and okayed the server to just give me the chicken- less pasta and bring me some chicken on the side. That most certainly was NOT her place to determine how MY dish should be served to me. She also brought drinks for our party of 4 one at a time with a 5-10 minute wait between each trip to go get each drink. She didn’t even give us enough utensils for all 4 of us. We were seated and given only 2 utensils with our party of 4. Took her forever to bring my 2 kids any utensils to eat their food. The food wasn’t served together either. Our kids sat at least 10-15 minutes with no utensils might I add before my husband and I got our food (and my order was incorrect). As if all the above isn’t terrible enough, then the bus boy comes by while we are still eating, holding his tub of dirty dishes asking us if we had any dirty dishes for him. What the hell? Most establishments wait until the customers are done eating before busing a table. I couldn’t wait to pack my mediocre food up and leave. We will definitely NOT be returning to this location. It should be closed down for the terrible service and the lack of competence of how to actually serve customers and keep the guests comfortable while dining. Just ridiculous. No excuse for the poor service we received.
