My Place

Great food at very reasonable prices. Easy to get to and fantastic atmosphere. Wonderful staff who really care! Be sure and try the western BBQ sandwich - it is a winner. Also My Place offers fun activities - check the schedule. We hold our networking events here monthly and there's plenty of room for dozens of people.

I thought 💭 I experienced bad service before oh no 🤦🏽‍♀️ this restaurant tops the cake 🎂 when me and my mother arrived we where standing around waiting 10 minutes for someone to finally acknowledge we where waiting to be seated 🪑 once seated we where giving menus of course waited . Waited. Waited. for someone to take our order no one came smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ finally flagged down a waitress 😩we started with drinks two coffees two waters received one cold 🥶 coffee after waiting 15 minutes asked where is the other coffee ☕️ of course she didn’t write two coffees on her waitress pad!!! After the unprofessional service / the screwing up with the drinks we decided to walk out ..leave and never return!!!! This is definitely not the place to eat if you’re very hungry 😋 / thirsty and looking for good service !!!!!! Oh yeah and remember to seat yourself or else you’re be standing until someone finally acknowledge you 😤😩😒😞

Went there for lunch and had great service and great management And wonderful tasting food. I would definitely go again and again. My sister wanted to know how her fettuccine was made and the preparer came and exclaimed in detail how it was made. I was very impressed. Our waitress Victoria was very friendly and sweet.

We spent an hour and a half in there not because they were busy and had nothing to do with the kitchen it was our waitress. Our waitress brought out only half of the drinks and it was another 20 minutes before the others got their drinks. We were rudely yelled at for ordering off the kids menu when they simply could have said we have an age limit. we then wanted ranch and it took another 15 minutes to get that. Then the manager called out one of the girls for being “poor” when she wasn’t. Needless to say we won’t be back.

I can't say enough about how awesome "My Place" is. The management of this restaurant is top notch. The food is awesome. I've lived in Wake Forest and the Triangle for over 20 years this place is a rare find. It has that small town hospitality and kindness that I've not seen very often since moving here. I grew up in "Small Town NC" and worked at a place very similar to this growing up. My Place just feels like home!!
