Pizza Hut

The Edge pizza was a huge disappointment as was the tiny little salad I added. I was excited the salad was only $4 until I saw only half the container had food in it and the other half was a ranch. After picking off the croutons had about a 3 bite salad, very disappointing. That was just the first disappointment as my husband opened our pizza biz and let out a big laugh, I realized we should have went to Dominos!!! We even paid an extra $3 for toppings and were left wondering how they could even charge for the amount of food they served! We saw 1 whole mushroom and even the onions were sparce, usually not an ingredient skimped on. For sure could have put more ingredients on the large pizza! Not the Italian seasoning though, there was PLENTY of that, making the taste not very enjoyable. I would not recommend the Edge pizza, this Pizza Hut, or the salad. I will upload photos for proof on another review since this one does not give me the option.

We called ahead by 20 minutes for a to go order. When I got there I was told it would just be another minute or two before our order was ready. I waited another 15 minutes and finally another employee asked if I was waiting for an order. Told her yes and she looked into it. Said they had messed up our our and remade it and it would be ready soon. I asked what had gotten messed up and she said they forgot to make one of the pizzas. Another 10 minutes goes by and I finally get my two pizzas. Get them home and one was barely done and the other was almost burned and had a hair on it. Think I will stick to Dominos or Marcos that are almost next door from now on.

EDIT: bumped up to 3 stars from 1 because the store owner replied and I did get my refund from corporate. I appreciate it when companies try to make things right with their customers. Me and apparently several other people ordered online just to find out that the store was closed. Trying to find out how to get a refund currently. I understand that it's likely closed due to the winter storm, but it's unacceptable to take money while closed. Definitely a failure on either the store's end for not reporting that they're closed, or corporate for not updating the website or having a process for sudden closures.

Normally, my order is cooked to perfection. I order full chicken & beef, half pepperoni on one side, half black olives on the other. On this order, the pepperoni & black olives were both on the same side. The manager showed me the ticket, and it was prepared to the spec on the ticket. I thought I ordered wrong, and the restaurant dutifully corrected the issue. When I got back home, I checked my order on the app, and I had indeed ordered it correctly. The ticket did not reflect what I ordered on the app. Something got changed between my order on the app, & the specifications used to make the pizza....BTW I LOVE the EDGE crust. It should be a standard crust. I have had a second occurrence of the product not prepared according to my receipt
