Raw chicken, cold food, flavorless dry rice (1 bean in the entire bowl), and rude employees. Was told they don't carry salt and pepper or tartar sauce. And I've been throwing up since 20 minutes after we left. Might want to avoid the food poisoning.

The staff of this establishment and the food are top notch fast food. We left another restaurant after sitting an hour waiting on food that never came, and stopped into Popeyes. We were greeted with professional excellent customer service.

The cashier is a great guy... Not sure what his name is/was but I was a little short on money and he helped me out more than he even knows. God bless you sir, I'll be back for sure!
The place is really clean also.
UPDATE: The cashiers name is Charles.. I've been back and there is nothing more to say her she all the other employees are awesome and the food is spectacular.. try the biscuits 😉

Arrived at a little after 7pm on a Sunday night. Restaurant was very clean and cashier was pleasant. Cashier had trouble hearing ND getting order correct had to go through multiple times. Food came out quick. Chicken tasted great was hot and fresh. Cajun fries tasted like they had been made at noon that day. My son really liked the Mac and cheese.

Popeyes on Valley Mills Dr. Has literally the friendliest staff. They are helpful beyond measure and seem so very eager to please the customer! This store location was extremely neat and tidy. The food was cooked to perfection and I very easily without hesitation give them 5 out of 5 stars! Keep up the great work, it all begins with you!

The chicken sandwich was AmAzInG—watch out Chick fil A! Service was friendly and food was very fresh. Dining room was a little messy, tables needed cleaning, condiments were not stocked, but overall we’ll be back!

They didn’t have anything!!!!I had a coupon for a 10 piece and fries. We only got 4 biscuits and leftover chicken they had. They didn’t have tenders, fries, Mac and cheese, or rice. They only had mashed potatoes…. They said they haven’t had a truck in weeks which is crazy. They only had chicken breast… who likes chicken breast Ik i don’t. I’m not a happy camper.
