Wendy's

It was not the most pleasant experience in the world. Just seems like everywhere you go workers are disgruntled. They act as though the customer is a bother to them. But if it weren't for the customers they wouldn't even have a job. I find that almost anywhere I go nowadays. My issue was that the advertised special on the window looked a whole lot better than the actual product that I received. The product on the window advertised a double bacon burger for $5 with lettuce and tomato. It looked really big and good, but in reality it was teeny tiny small and it only had onions and pickles, no lettuce or tomato. It tasted ok but service wasn't absolutely great. I'm so sorry to be such a burden.

The drive threw guy was rude. He said my husband wasn't speaking loud enough. My husband raised his voice so he could hear him. The drive threw worker then stated you don't have to yell. My husband replied but you said you couldn't hear me. He then stated get the hell out of my line. I'm not serving you. I called to complain to the manager. She flat out called me a little. And that I should have just been quiet and waited patiently. Which was way out off base with what actually happened. She claimed to be standing right there but couldn't repeat anything .that w

This location was pretty good when I visited. The only thing I would say is I would prefer if my drink wasn't already prepared an waiting in the window while they were taking care of the car ahead of me..i don't want my drink watered down you all already put more ice than the actual beverage in the cup other than that I was pleased with the food and service.

I almost gave 5 ⭐, this location can get very busy, the employees handle it well, & very effeciently keep the line moving, because waiting in line forever is not cool, I could have dinner made by the time I get thru some of these surrounding restaurants lines. Was glad to see some teams are on top of it. Chili was great. 👍
